The damsire is another holstein legend, Contendro I who is leading the WBFSH eventing ranking and produced so many top horses. As a great grandsire a true icon standing, Capitol I, who is a real gamechanger stallion of the showjumping history. Chopinero is the direct brother of the holstein state stud stallion, Charaktervoll (by Comme il Faut) who jumping up to 1.45m currently with Rolf-Göran Bengtsson (SWE).
