Someta is a very interestingly bred horse, linebred to Kannan, and owned by the breeders behind Kannan themselves. Kannan has become a true world-class stallion, renowned for producing top-level sport horses. Sire Kannan Junior was also bred by them and was recently sold to Mexico for an exceptionally high price, underlining both the sport and commercial value of this breeding line.

In movement and over the jump, Someta immediately stands out for his light-footedness and quickness off the ground. He is careful, jumps with ease and shows an exceptionally good mentality. His technique is correct, with good front-leg action and active use of the hindquarters. He is a blood-type horse, but in a positive and workable way, offering plenty of effort and clearly showing quality.

Sire Kannan Junior (by Cornet Obolensky) competes at 1.60 m Grand Prix level and achieved placings at CSI5* events, including Jersey City and Monte Carlo. Approved by multiple studbooks, he is known for passing on scope, sharpness and a modern jumping style.

The damline is deep and performance oriented. Dam De Meta (by Lord Z) competed at 1.40 m level. Granddam Nameta (by Nimmerdor) also competed at 1.40 m and produced multiple sport horses. The family includes Evermeta (by Mr. Blue) competing at 1.50 m with international results, Azteca (by Toulon) at 1.45 m, Happy Meta (by Spartacus TN) at 1.35 m, and several other horses performing at 1.30–1.45 m level. Further down the line, influential sires such as Lord Z, Quick Star and Nimmerdor appear, confirming the strength and reliability of this pedigree

Someta combines an exceptional Kannan-based pedigree with light-footedness, carefulness and an outstanding mentality. A blood horse with quality, built for the future.
