Rodyn

Rodyn is a modern, long-lined sport horse who is still green under saddle, but already shows plenty of quality. He has a big canter, correct basic gaits and clearly displays scope over the jump. He is easy to work with and shows a calm, willing attitude, which is pleasant in daily training. In type he is attractive and correctly built, with a modern sport model. A horse at the beginning of his education, but clearly showing the ability to develop further.

Sire Carrera VDL competed himself at 1.60 m Grand Prix level under Jur Vrieling and is a proven name in international breeding. He produced several top-level horses such as Greatest Boy-H (1.70 m), Mister Jup (1.65 m) and Good Farming HS (1.60 m). His offspring are known for scope, rideability and a modern jumping style, all qualities visible in Rodyn.

The damline is strongly performance oriented. Dam Chiva (by L’Esprit) comes from a proven sport family. From this damline comes Juwel SFN (by Etoulon VDL), successfully competing at 1.55 m level with international CSI3* and CSI4* results. Granddam Viva (by Lauriston) produced several sport horses, including Boucheron (1.30 m). Further down the line we find many proven performers such as Never Mind 22 (1.60 m), Tumbling Down (1.45 m), Kimberly(1.40 m) and Isabel Santana (1.45 m). This family shows consistent sport performance over multiple generations
