The two-year-old Toza van de Schutskooi is is a mare with blood and a great push-off while jumping. She is sired by the six-year-old Zangersheide-approved stallion Toby van de Barlebuis (international 1.25m level), who is bred out of the line of Jeunesse (1.70m GP with Yves Vanderhasselt).
Dam Ozaire is a daughter of the Kannan-son Jardonnay VDL (1.35m). Granddam Zaire (Heartbreaker x Cassini I) is a Preferent Ster mare and a half-sister to the 1.55m Grand Prix horse Tulum, ridden by Patricio Pasquel (MEX).
Zaire’s full sister, Santa Caterina, is the dam of Glock’s Zaranza (1.60m GP with Gerco Schröder) and of the four-year-old approved stallion Remondo vd Radstake. She is also the granddam of How’s My Name (1.55m GP). KWPN stallion El Salvador (1.45m), Impala (1.60m GP), Icaterina (1.60m GP), Girocco (1.50m) and Hocus Pocus (1.50m) all come from half-sisters of Zaire.
