Four-year-old Patchouli van ’t Huka isn’t just a pretty model with a nice character, he also shows carefulness while jumping. A very pleasant horse who had only been under saddle for two months at the time of filming.
The sBs-approved stallion Qanthago van ’t Huka jumped international 1.40m courses as a seven-year-old with Olivier Philippaerts and Gregoire Hercelin.
Dam Donna-Tessa is sired by the well-producing Thunder van de Zuuthoeve (1.50m Grand Prix), sire to eight 1.65–1.70m Grand Prix horses, including the famous Azur HH ridden by McLain Ward, and 56 at 1.60m level.
Granddam Tessa (Wendekreis) jumped 1.30m courses and gave the 1.60m Grand Prix horse Hending van de Bresser, ridden by Konstantin Zolin (UKR).
