The three-year-old, strongly built Sphinx H has many good qualities. He has a nice canter, jumps quickly off the ground, wants to be careful and develops scope.
Sire Horizontal is an 8-year-old stallion competing at international 1.45m level with Maikel van der Vleuten. As a son of top sire Casall and the 1.60m Grand Prix mare Mel d’Argences, he has an interesting pedigree. His granddam competed at 1.55m Grand Prix level.
Dam Floren de Kalvarie (Vital de Kalvarie x Palestro vd Begijnakker) already gave two international showjumping horses: the nine-year-old Flügel der Freiheit (1.50m level with Charlie Jayne and Loic Cannaert) and the eight-year-old Hazelberg’s Mercury (1.30m level with Danielle Farnsworth).
