The six-year-old Emerson EH Z is still a bit green for his age, but what a canter, good jumping technique and check his scope! Half-brother Victer Finn DH Z jumps 1.60m Grand Prix.
Sire Emerald van ’t Ruytershof went through an impressive career under Harrie Smolders and has produced a great amount of Grand Prix horses. Eleven of them are even placed at 1.65m to 1.70m level, including Igor, Jaguar van de Berghoeve, Mandato van de Neerheide and Nikka vd Bisschop.
Dam Seagull, daughter of the phenomenal 1.60m Grand Prix stallion Stakkato, jumped international 1.45m courses with Eugenio Garza Perez from Mexico. Seagull breeds excellently with six offspring in international sport.
Her first three offspring, sired by Va-Vite, are Victer Finn DH Z (1.60m Grand Prix), Verdon DH Z (1.40m level showjumping) and Vivero DH Z (CCI3* eventing). From Emerald she gave Easter Bunny EH Z (7 years and 1.30m level showjumping), Esperanza EH Z (6 years and 1.30m level showjumping) and Eagull EH Z (5 years and started Belgian cycle 1.05m level).
