Steal the show with Phontaine. Not just because she is a palomino, she is also a very good jumper. A magnificent 3-yr-old mare with light-footed and uphill movements. She displays scope and a good hindleg technique over the fence.
Sire is the showjumping phenomenon Tinka’s Boy, who, for years in a row, was active in the world top under Markus Fuchs and won, amongst other achievements, the Grand Prix of Aachen and the World Cup Finals, but also several medals on big championships. Out of a relatively small amount of servings Tinka’s Boy still managed to supply top-class showjumping horses. We can find 24 of these horses registered at 1.60m Grand Prix level at Horsetelex.
Phontaine is bred out of the palomino mare Goldaine, who inherited her colour from her ZfdP licensed sire Magic Memphis.
Grandam Lataine (Edison x Wolfgang) produced fine sport horses, such as Utaine G.B. (1.45m level showjumping), Janning (1.40m level), All-Heart (1.30m level) and Corleone (1.35m level). She is a half-sister of the 1.60m Grand Prix horses Salland GB and Watch Me van de Mangelaar. In short, this family produces showjumping horses.
