At the beginning of Wemmelie’s pedigree, we see the still-young stallion Saint Mclaren. The son of McLaren out of a mare by Wynton was a premium stallion and one of the standouts at the stallion inspection. The stallion stood out for his beauty, balance, and power. His dam, Emmelie, is a “ster” mare by Ampère, and next we see the “ster pref. prest” mare Gemmie, by the stallion Belmondo, who carries the blood of the thoroughbred Lucky Boy through her sire, Omega. She is the dam of offspring competing in three disciplines: Bemmie (CCI2*), Zendy (ZT), and Temmie (1.50m). In the third generation, we arrive at the dam of the Grand Prix horse Arnoldo Thor. Further down this line are many sport horses.
