In breeding, the Grand Prix stallion Kannan has established himself as a world-class sire. He produced a long list of top-level performers, including Nino des Buissonnets, Toupie de la Roque, James Kann Cruz, Quabri de L’Isle, and Molly Malone V. With Vriendje, the opportunity arises to acquire a direct son of this influential sire. His dam Rheia is a half-sister to the 1.40m-level horse Independence. Through the well-producing Grand Prix stallion Comthago VDL, who has already delivered eye-catching results under Hessel Hoekstra, this line goes back to the granddam Wencke.
