His granddam Derly Chin de Muze competed at the highest level with Eric Lamaze and Sharn Wordley, and took part in the 2012 Olympic Games. This makes dam Perly Chin VDL the product of two Olympic parents, as her sire Hardrock Z also competed at this prestigious event. In addition, she is a half-sister to five international showjumpers at 1.50m level and above, including the Olympic mare Killer Queen VDM, with whom Daniel Deusser earned over four million euros in prize money.
