With Olympic top sire Zirocco Blue VDL as his father and the exceptionally influential Ulina du Rouet as his dam, Sem GPH is bred for a bright future. He is a half-brother to no fewer than seven international showjumpers, four of whom perform at 1.45m-level or higher. Ulina du Rouet produced, among others, the Vigaro son Dutch Apple, who finished second in the 1.50/1.55m- class at CSI4* Münster with Cedric Wolf, as well as the 1.50m-level performers Granny Smith Apple under Remco Been and Hunter Apple with Danielle Farnsworth. This high-performing branch of the Oberlina damline traces back in the third generation to the mare Claudia, who can also be found in the damline of 1.50/1.60m horses such as Van Schijndel’s Amberlina, Star Apple and Wait N See. Sire Zirocco Blue VDL has firmly established his reputation as a leading producer, with offspring such as Eddie Blue, Zuccero HV, Elysium and Glamour Girl. Additional Olympic power is contributed by the legendary Baloubet du Rouet in the second generation.
