Former KWPN Stallion Licensing Champion Kannan Jr. has delivered outstanding performances over the past year with Jur Vrieling at major international competitions. Eljadida is a daughter of Urgada de Kreisker, the full sister of the legendary Quickly de Kreisker, one of the most influential showjumping stallions of his generation. Eljadida du Cedre, herself competing at 1.40m level, descends from the highly successful sire Kannan (Voltaire), whose offspring have dominated international showjumping for many years. This influence is further reinforced through Diamant de Semilly (Le Tot de Semilly), sire of Urgada de Kreisker and an undisputed cornerstone of modern showjumping breeding. Urgada de Kreisker has firmly proven her value as a broodmare, producing several successful international performers, including Casablanca du Cedre (full sister to Eljadida), the exciting talent Estoril du Cedre, and the accomplished Dubai du Cedre, underlining the exceptional strength of this dam line. The granddam Briseis d’Helby, a daughter of the influential Thoroughbred Laudanum xx, is regarded as one of the most valuable broodmares in French showjumping breeding. She produced multiple international showjumpers and several approved stallions, including, of course, Quickly de Kreisker, highlighting the remarkable quality and consistency of this extraordinary lineage.
