This auction lot certainly lives up to its name. Bred from a dam who has already produced several international performers, including the 1m45 show jumper Comme Ci Comme Ca. That same dam is, amongst others, the sister of the 1m60 Grand Prix show jumper Contender Naxos, as well as the 1m50 show jumpers Contino, Coronelli and Cordobes I. She has been approved by several German studbooks. With his attitude, jumping style and pedigree, Contagio appears to have provided the perfect match for this line, which has produced international Grand Prix horses across all generations.
