During INTERCARPATHIA Top Horses the mare was well evaluated by the international judging commission including Heinz Meyer (Zang.) Peter Strijbosch (KWPN) Bernard Demets (AES) Andrzej Matławski (PZHK).
That’s how Hainz Meyer described the horse: „Gandhika is a fine horse with good moves, a bit flat canter yet she surprised us with perfect hindquarters and a good jumping technique. She’s careful with a slightly straight body position”.
The dam of Gandhika is the great Grace by Larron. Her sire is Colestus by Cornet Obolensky – the world’s Number 11 in the showjumping stallions’ ranking. C. O. was born in 1999 and registered in BWP studbook, his sire Clinton holsteiner was one of the best showjumpers in the world.
At the age of four the stallion started his sport career ridden by Marco Kutscher and stayed with the rider till retirement. The biggest successes of Cornet and Kutcher included the third place in German Championships 2008, team Golden Medal at 2011 EC.
They both also won World Championships in Zurich 2012 and as a part of German team contributed to the victory during Samsung Super League final in Barcelona, 2008 Barcelona and in the World Cup in Rotterdam in 2008, 2011, 2012 and in Rome in 2012.
