Freelance heeft in 2023 en 2024 onder zijn amazone hele mooie resultaten geboekt en was geplaatst voor zowel de Pavo Cup halve finale in Ermelo als de Subli Cup. Tijdens reguliere basiswedstrijden stonden zijn ze vaak hooggeplaatst. Hij heeft zijn Hengstleistungsprüfung goed afgesloten in het najaar van 2023 met hele mooie punten, met o.a. een 8.25 voor het exterieur, een 8.0 voor het karakter, een 8.5 voor instelling en werkwilligheid (Leistungsbereitschaft) en een 8.5 voor het springen, daarmee was hij de dressuurhengst met de hoogste springpunten van deze test. Hij is ookgoedgekeurd voor het Hannoveraner en Oldenburg Verband. Freelance is een paard met zeer veel uitstraling, kan zeer goed stappen en een mooie techniek in zijn basisgangen. Hij heeft ‘ons inziens’ veel toekomst in de dressuursport.
