The dam is the appealing Noblesse Z (by Numero Uno), who is currently active at international 1.30m level. But the strength of this line is deeply rooted in the dam line: granddam Topaas has already produced several international sport horses, including the 1.45m horse Crack II and the talented Galia Fullsand. Topaas is also a half-sister to the 1.60m horse Abdhula Z.
The sire of this foal is none other than Comthago VDL, the impressive stallion owned by Hessel Hoekstra, who was selected at the end of this month to compete in the European Championships in La Coruña. Comthago VDL not only excels in the sport, but also has a top pedigree: Comme Il Faut x Carthago, with proven offspring at 1.60m level, including Freestyle 39 and Mr Chic.
The foal itself shows great posture, breed, and style—a modern sport type with charisma, balance, and sharpness.
