Monamour is a son of Heart Touch (Untouched x Cantate Touch), who himself competed successfully at 1.45m level and comes from an absolute top sire line. Both Untouchable and Cantate Touch competed at 1.60m Grand Prix level and are known for passing on scope, mentality and carefulness.
The dam Ulen (Niagara) produced an exceptional series of sport horses. From this direct damline come, among others, Cocq a Doodle (1.60m GP), Jetplane (1.55m), Destenation (1.50m), Brightly (1.45m) and It’s Me (1.45m). Granddam Onita and great-granddam Benita together form a strong KWPN performance line with multiple horses competing from 1.40m to 1.60m level.
