Ermitage Kalone is an impressive appearance and is growing into a favourite, partly due to his strong pedigree, fine rideability and exceptional jumping talent. His offspring show a lot of talent and potential. This stallion has all the assets to succeed in both sports and breeding. His father, Catoki, has performed at the highest level himself. Many of his offspring are now also jumping at top level, including Catch Me If You Can with Ann Kellnerova and Contanga 3 with Alberto Zorzi. On the mother’s side, Ermitage is a son of Belleaventure Kalone, a daughter of Kannan.

Ermitage Kalone is combined here with the legendary stallion Heartbreaker and then the international 1.55 mare Geena van ‘t Roosakker, who descends from the famous 1.60m mare Babbe van ‘t Roosakker (by Kannan). And is  the full sister of the BWP elite stallion Erco van ‘t Roosakker (1.60m) and a half-sister of the 1.60m horses Giorgio van ‘t Hagenhof, Bingo and Dulhan de la Roque. Geena van ‘t Roosakker also proved herself through her offspring. She produced amongs others two 1.60m horses by Echo van ‘t Spieveld  Jivaro Imperio Egipcio and Kheros van ‘t Hoogeinde.

The pedigree continues after Babbe van ‘t Roosakker with the famous foundation dam Usha van ‘t Roosakker. The Chin Chin-daughter Usha van ‘t Roosakker performed at the highest level in the sport but mainly made fame with her offspring in breeding. Usha is the mother of 3 approved sons and 6 international showjumpers, 4 of them at 1.60m level. One of them is the famous Cella (s.Cento): Team gold and individual silver with Ben Maher at the European Championships in 2013.
