Starbucks is a very complete horse, he has an excellent attitude and knows how to use it well in the ring. Each time he finishes his jump in the same way, he can fall back on a strong solid base of power and technique. This could be the beginning of a very nice story!

From the breeding of “Dwerse Hagen”, Starbucks is a beautiful combination of modern and proven genes. Sire Tangelo passed on his performance genes to Tobago Z and Darry Lou, but further from the maternal line Starbucks can fall back on a strong basis. He is a half-brother of the 160 jumping stallions: Haldor (Egor Shchibrik) and Cortes vd Heffinck (Julien Champailler). their dam is in turn a half sister of the 160 jumping stallion Bambino van ‘t Zorgvliet (Mateo Giunti) and the 150 jumping stallion Implus vd Heffinck (Olivier Philippaerts). The 3rd dam is Hayland-I (Lurano) and is the grandmother of the well-known Toulon and Vancouver d’Auvrey who both performed on the international circuit. The genetics are there and the past shows us that this dam line produces more than modern sport horses!
