The Minka family has been producing successful sporthorses for generations. This talented Raminko L was bred out of the mare Vreiminka who has produced, among others, the 1.40m level showjumpers Esminka (s.Numero Uno), Kalyan L (s.Etoulon VDL) and Diadeem (s.Whitaker), as well as the international 3* eventer Jominka PFB (s.Zavall VDL). Raminko L has the same granddam with, among others, the international 1.55/1.60m level performers Heidelberg (s.Mylord Carthago) ridden by Gaj Riossa and Is-Minka (s.Mylord Carthago) ridden by Steve Guerdat. Granddam Reiminka is, in turn, a half-sister to the Grand Prix horse Kyminka (s.Edison) of Guancarlo Guastella, and this direct line has also produced 1.50/1.60m level showjumpers such as Amingo (s.Numero Uno), Friar M (s.Amadeus) and Hyminka M (s.Big Star Jr. K Z). Listed as the sire is the Grand Prix horse progenitor Conthargos, who has produced top showjumpers like Continental Blue, Pia Contra, Cocolina and Easy Girl.
