Wilson V D Thijshoeve’s sire is the promising, modern, long-legged Chacwood PS. Chacwood’s sire, the Grand Prix showjumper Exelero II (alias Chac Boy), excelled in the international five-star circuit, in partnership with various riders. Exelero II unites in his pedigree two progenitors in a row, namely Chacco-Blue and Baloubet du Rouet. Chacwood showed this year in the stallion competition for 5-year-olds that he has a lot to offer. He didn’t make any mistake, neither in the individual heats nor in the final.
Wilson’s dam is the 5-year-old Riviera V D Thijshoeve. Her sire is the international GP stallion Kafka VD Heffinck (winner of the 5* GP in Athens), her dam Gateau VD Thijshoeve unites in her pedigree two stallions from the 1m60 circuit, namely Lupicor and Heartbreaker. Jade van Ten Breebroek (with whom Koen Vereecke performed at international 1m40 to 1m45 level) and Naloubet L (finalist in 2020 at the Belgian Championship for 7-year-olds, under the saddle of Andres Vereecke) also belong to this dam line.
Wilson V D Thijshoeve achieved great results during the national championship BWP Elite foals: 30/40 on ‘type and correctness’, 31/40 on movements and 15/20 on appearance. Wilson is a beautiful type with a nice top line and light-footed, spacious movements with impulsion.
