This embryo combines a line-up of legends: Ermitage Kalone – Chacco Blue – Taloubet and Big Star!

Sire Ermitage Kalone, who recently won bronze at the European Championships with Gilles Thomas, needs little further introduction. With victories in Paris and at the Global in Shanghai, he has established himself as a true crowd favourite. But with 18 approved sons to his name, he is establishing himself as a sire of light-footed and modern sport horses.

Maternal sire Chacco-Blue topped the WBFSH rankings for years! He has been in third place since 2025, but with 17 offspring in the top 300, Chacco-Blue’s influence on the global show jumping scene is unrivalled. He continues to dominate the world rankings as the sire of countless 1.60m Grand Prix icons (such as Cornet Blue Ps, Chacco’s Girlstar, Hello Chadora Lady, Blue Movie, Chanyon and Chalou). His line of offspring is extensive and renowned for their boundless ability, rock-solid attitude and absolute winner’s mentality.

In his final competition at Taloubet, he secured victory at the World Cup in Leipzig. This brought an end to an impressive sporting career. In Leipzig, he won the World Cup on three occasions, including the 2011 World Cup final. He also won an Olympic bronze medal in Rio de Janeiro and World Cup victories in Stuttgart, Mechelen and Madrid. The figures are impressive: 105 five-star starts, 45 World Cup competitions, 26 international victories and 9 championships. And an unrivalled total of over two million in prize money.

The dam of the embryo is the 6-year-old Chacca Star SR Z, who stood out as a sport horse and has been sold to the USA. She is also the half-sister of Jaloubet K, who competes at 1.45 level with Tatiana Keys Holder Andrews (MEX).

The third dam, Jolanda, is the dam of Olympic champion and legend BIG STAR.
