Cool-Blue Z

This colt is a half-brother to four international showjumpers, including the 1.40m level performers Baloutento (s.Baloubet du Rouet) and Rembrandt HSM (s.Stakkato). His granddam Centis is a half-sister to Cindy Van der Straten’s international 1.60m horse Calvia (s.Cartogran), as well as the 1.40/1.45m-level horses Casilda (s.Cassini I) and the BWP-approved SCF Renaissance (s.Lux Z). This direct branch of the family has also produced 1.45/1.50m horses such as Coblue PS, Valeria, Cornetto Z and Claritendra PS. Cool-Blue Z is from the final large crop of the outstanding sire Chacoon Blue, whose oldest offspring have stepped up at 1.55/1.60m level at the age of nine and ten, including Chaccoo de L’Escant MM, Cero Blue TN, Chacoothargos PS Old and Chacvarlon PS. In the second generation, we find Olympic medallist Montender, who himself won double gold at the European Championships in San Patrignano and went on to sire multiple successful Grand Prix horses.
