Jalisko is a beautiful, solid pony at the top end of the height range, with plenty of presence. He has a kind and honest character, both in the stable and under saddle.
Although Jalisko shows a lot of quality when jumping, he does not feel comfortable when the fences get higher and may stop. For this reason, we are offering him as a lovely all-round pony for someone looking for a reliable partner for recreational riding, dressage, hacking and jumping smaller fences. At this level, he is happy, confident and enjoyable to ride.
At the moment, Jalisko is not suitable for someone with serious competitive showjumping ambitions. However, it may just take the right rider to help him regain confidence in his own ability. If that happens, he certainly has the talent to surprise us.
