We have high expectations of this one. Just look at how this 3-yr-old grey jumps with a lot of scope and strong take-off. Omar Field is, according to us, a horse for the higher work. He has a lot of power, is careful and has a big canter.
Sire Kallmar VDL is 7-yr-old and is performing at international 1.35m level. He is a son of the well-breeding Carrera VDL out of the 1.40m level showjumping mare Geluk-Olaris (half-sister of the 1.50m level stallion Brugal VDL).
Dam Jekina Field is also very interestingly bred as daughter of Mylord Carthago x Mr.Blue x Indoctro. The Indoctro daughter Mikina Field has jumped at 1.30m level herself and earned the de predicates preferent, elite, prestatie and sport. Three offspring are jumping at 1.30m to 1.35m level and she is grandam of, amongst others, Fair Field (1.60m GP) and the 8-yr-old Jamil Field (1.45m level).
