Mylord Carthago is currently producing one Grand Prix jumper after another at the highest level; Tolede de Mescam, Twentytwo des Biches, Utopie Villelongue, Vertigo du Desert, Valmy de la Lande, Bing du Parc, Billabong du Roumois. They are all examples of CSI5* Grand Prix horses that are among world’s very best. Monseigneur du Chateau Z combines Mylord Carthago with the brilliant family of Itot du Chateau. Great-granddam Kolea du Chateau herself jumped successfully at the European Junior Championships with Sophia Mariller and in breeding she produced, amongst others, the 1.60m showjumper Alea Imperio Egipcio ridden by Francisco José Mesquita Musa. In addition, she is the half-sister to the legendary Itot du Chateau – one of the most successful showjumpers in history.
