Approved by the sBs studbook and highly promising, Potomac Sitte is a three-year-old that shows such potential people will be lining up for him in the future. We expect him to jump the highest courses given his powerful take-off, athletic scope, quick reflexes and excellent overview on the fences. His sire Kavango Sitte is an 8-year-old sBs-approved stallion competing at 1.45m level and bred out of the same damline as the 1.60m GP horses Ialta Sitte and Cordano Sitte Z. His dam Maeve Sitte is a 6-year-old daughter of top progenitor Emerald van ‘t Ruytershof and a half-sister to the sBs-approved stallion Jobolensky Sitte (1.50m level). Granddam Giulia du Houssoit (Button Sitte) competed at 1.45m level and is a half-sibling to two horses that performed at 1.50m and 1.40m level. They descend from the 1.55m Grand Prix mare Artemise du Houssoit (ridden by Andrew Kocher), a half-sister to the 1.50m level showjumping stallion Fidelgo du Houssoit.
